Dissident Opposition in the Era Called “AIDS”

Is HIV the virus which causes “AIDS”?
That’s what South African President Thabo Mbeki would like to know.
Because,
since the first hypothesis by Robert Gallo of the NIH [at a press
conference on April
23, 1984], there has never been any proof that HIV causes “AIDS.” In
fact, Gallo
only announced that he had discovered the virus which probably caused
“AIDS.”
Others claimed that he had discovered the “AIDS virus” and he never
corrected
them. Gallo was joined at his press conference by Margaret Heckler,
then the
Secretary of the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, who
promised a
“vaccine for AIDS within one year.” Obviously, that never happened.
In November, 1999 President Mbeki publicly questioned the HIV=AIDS
paradigm
causing intense domestic debate in South Africa. His was the first
challenge of the
paradigm and its absurd tagline as in “HIV, the virus that causes
Aids.” In case we
forgot, maybe? Or is this part of a sophisticated media campaign
designed to
dominate the market of ideas in the Era Called “AIDS?”
Mbeki the statesman--Mbeki the Man, exercising leadership with dignity
and
courage. The People are with you, Mr. President. Many of us retain
our sanity and
call attention to the mounting evidence that a scandal of unimaginable
proportions
lies before us as a People. The People demand open debate on the
fundamentally
basic questions about the HIV=AIDS paradigm, with appropriate democratic
actions to follow in order to correct what needs correcting.
The poisoning of our People with their chemotherapy drugs disguised as
“anti-virals,” the deaths and suicides committed in light of the fact
that the whole
thing was staged and planned, especially after the poisoning of
thousands of gay
Americans in the late 1980s with its skyrocketing death rates. What
else can you
call it except criminal behavior on a Grand Scale.
Next, People of Color. First here in the United States, and now global
“markets”
around the world. The People must be aware that this is happening, and
take steps
to correct it now. The Momentum is with The People
Most of these people were healthy and alive before they received their
“HIV positive
death certificates, ” they took their “anti-virals” and were gone in a
year or less.
How convenient and profitable, by the way.
And, Thank You Nelson Mandela, thank you Great Leader of the People, and
One
of the People, thank you Brother Nelson for your wisdom and courage to
stand for
the Truth!
Like most contrary “AIDS” debates, the South African debate has been
either
largely ignored or deliberately censored in the United States.
President Mbeki’s
courageous act of inquiry needs our support now as we attempt to get to
the bottom
of what may be the worst medical/scientific blunder in modern
history...or worse, a
deliberate attempt to create fear, to destroy individual liberty, and to
introduce peril
upon an unwary citizenry.
Sixteen years following Gallo’s press conference, there is no still no
evidence that
HIV causes “AIDS.” None has ever been proffered because none exists.
We are
operating solely on the hypothesis of Robert Gallo and the imprimatur of
the
Reagan-Bush administration. And, this is precisely where the focus into
this sordid
chapter in World history must commence.
If HIV does not cause “AIDS,” what does?
Simultaneously with the now infamous April 23, 1984 press conference was
the
action by the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services effectively
denying
grant requests for “AIDS” research and only approving grant requests for
“HIV”
research effectively stopping open, objective discourse and peer
review. Therefore,
at this time there can be no definitive answer to this question since
there has been no
well-funded empirical research regarding the true cause of “AIDS.”
In spite of this, enough evidence exists to conclude that HIV definitely
does not cause
“AIDS;” that the HIV test is an inaccurate and highly misleading test
which has no
connection to HIV or “AIDS” whatsoever; and that the “AIDS” drugs like
AZT
[and its nucleoside analogue clones] and the protease inhibitors [the
so-called
“cocktails”] are nothing less than chemotherapy poisons which are
responsible for
the chronic illnesses, malicious psychological manipulations, and the
deaths of
millions of people here in America and, now, around the world.
The leading “AIDS” dissident scientist since 1987, Peter H. Duesberg,
Ph.D., a
tenured professor at Berkeley, a member of the National Academies of
Science, and
for over twenty years preceding 1987 an esteemed scientist at the NIH,
has proposed
a “behavior-based theory of immune disfunction” in the Western World
[based
upon both recreational and/or addictive drugs as well as the very “AIDS”
drugs
prescribed by the orthodox establishment] and starvation/malnutrition
[often
accompanied by unsanitary living conditions and contaminated drinking
water] in
the Third World.
Since his challenge to the orthodox position in 1987, Dr. Duesberg has
been
ridiculed, marginalized, and denounced by the “AIDS” orthodox
establishment. It
took years until other scientists and concerned people like Thabo Mbeki
began to
realize the fallacies inherent in the orthodox position that HIV=AIDS.

challenges to the

Joining Duesberg in Dissident Opposition is Dr. Kary Mullis, Biochemist,
1993
Nobel prize for chemistry who states:
“If there is evidence that HIV causes AIDS, there should be scientific
documents
which either singly or collectively demonstrate that fact, at least with
a high
probability. There is no such document.” [Sunday Times (London) 28 Nov
1993]
In addition to duesberg.com, there is another web site of The Group for
the Scientific
Reappraisal of the HIV-AIDS Hypothesis which came into existence as a
group of
signatories of an open letter to the scientific community. The letter
[dated June 6,
1991] has been submitted to the editors of Nature, Science, and The New
England
Journal of Medicine. All have refused to publish it. The text of the
letter is:
To the editor:
It is widely believed by the general public that a retrovirus called HIV
causes the
group of diseases called AIDS. Many biochemical scientists now
question this
hypothesis. We propose that a thorough reappraisal of the existing
evidence for
and against this hypothesis be conducted by a suitable independent
group. We
further propose that critical epidemiological studies be devised and
undertaken.

Another recently promoted theory blames “AIDS” on a human herpes virus
known
as HHV-6. However, because of the previously mentioned HHS research
grant
funding restrictions, this theory, as well as Dr. Roberto Giraldo’s
“Stressor
Theory,” is unproved. And, it is at odds with the mainstream
dissident view of
behavioral rather than contagious “AIDS.” But, like all challenges to
“AIDS”
orthodoxy, all voices should be part of the debate which is long
overdue.
And, using the Center for Disease Control’s own definition, “AIDS” is a
compilation
of about 30 previously known diseases called “AIDS” when accompanied by
an HIV
positive test result. There’s really nothing new except for the
inclusion of the HIV
positive test result.
For example, by the CDC’s own definition, tuberculosis accompanied by an
HIV
positive test result equals “AIDS;” without HIV positivity the diagnosis
is
tuberculosis. This definition holds for the 29 other “’AIDS’ defining
diseases.
And, during the so-called “AIDS epidemic” [following the introduction of
AZT into
the gay community in 1986 with exponentially accelerating death rates]
the CDC
even manipulated statistics to inflate the death rates on paper while
AZT did its job
internally which accelerated the public’s panic and expanded the power
and
authority of the health care “professionals.”
As will be further revealed, a pattern of lies, deceptions, and criminal
behavior are
associated with the orthodox “AIDS” position. That’s why we need to
debate this
matter now. Time is of the essence.
What does it mean to test HIV positive?
What we’ve been led to believe is simple: You’ve got “AIDS!” But, not
so fast.
Most people don’t know that Robert Gallo patented the HIV Test and has
received
millions of dollars in royalties since it was introduced in 1984, which
establishes at
the very least a monetary motivation for his actions. Sadly, it gets
worse. . !
The HIV test is one of the most unreliable medical tests ever foisted
upon an
unsuspecting public. Aside from the fact that HIV is clearly not the
cause of
“AIDS,” the test doesn’t even accurately determine positivity for the
entity that the
“AIDS” establishment has called “HIV.” Also, that to test “positive”
occurs all the
time...it’s called a “false positive.”
What causes this? Well, we now know that Gallo’s test is a non-specific
antibody
test. For example, drug abuse may cause the production of antibodies,
so one could
test HIV false positive if using drugs. Also, vaccinations also cause
the production
of antibodies, so one could test HIV false positive if vaccinated prior
to testing.
Even a normal pregnancy may cause the production of antibodies, so once
again one
could test HIV false positive when pregnant. There are many more
circumstances
which may cause false positive test results.
And, to make matters worse for the orthodox view, both the “preliminary”
HIV test
[the Elisa] and the “secondary” or confirmatory test [the Western Blot]
incredibly
contain this proviso:
“Do not use this test as a diagnosis for HIV-1 infection or AIDS.” Yet,
that is exactly
what the medical community has done, causing untold suffering and death
for
hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people around the world.
Does a “false positive” test result indicate “AIDS”?
Not necessarily, if at all. It may mean that the human organism has
produced
antibodies which are a normal immune system response to certain human
conditions. Even Luc Montagnier of the Pasteur Institute in Paris
whose viral
samples were proved to have been misappropriated by Robert Gallo to
patent his HIV
Test has publicly acknowledged that HIV alone could not be responsible
for
“AIDS”--that there must be a “co-factor.”
Gallo’s fraudulent “discovery” of HIV was uncovered in 1987 and,
following
litigation, he was forced to share his HIV test royalties with
Montagnier, a clear
repudiation of his 1983 claim of HIV discovery. Despite this, his test
survived the
legal patent challenge and became established in the “HIV=AIDS” paradigm
while
continuing to deceptively indicate disease where often times there was
none.
The HIV test is now the basis for legislation which infringes upon
individual’s civil
and constitutional rights [criminal prosecution for “spreading ‘AIDS’;”
international travel restrictions for those who test “HIV positive;” and
removal of
HIV positive children from their parents when the parents object to the
prescription
of the deadly “AIDS” drugs to their children--to name just a few of the
Human
Rights and Constitutional threats we now face].
Do the “AIDS” drugs effectively treat “AIDS”?
When first prescribed to gay men in 1986, the drug AZT was called
“antiviral” [or
“antiretroviral”] therapy. That seemed to make sense, because people
had been led
to believe that they were infected with the human immunodeficiency virus
which
destroyed the immune system and caused “AIDS” and death. What could
make
more sense than taking an “antiviral” drug to combat a “viral”
infection?
But, around 1990 Harvard trained John Lauritsen’s AZT: Poison by
Prescription
exposed AZT as lethal chemotherapy. He also exposed the fraudulent
Phase 2 AZT
trials, which implicate the Federal Drug Administration in the promotion
of what
can only be considered criminal behavior [Investigative Reporters take
note!!].
AZT is a cancer drug which is too toxic for humans to withstand [it
indiscriminately
kills cells] and ultimately causes death. It carries a SKULL AND
CROSSBONES
on its label in the wholesale or pharmacy quantities--but not on the
patient
distributed--quantity. Why take a known toxic carcinogen to prolong
life?
In fact, AZT has been proved to actually cause the condition defined by
the Centers
for Disease Control as “AIDS” which is hardly ironic in this “Black
Comedy.”
If “HIV infection” supposedly breaks down the immune system, why would
our
government allow a dangerous drug like AZT which can only cause immune
system
destruction and, of course, death to be prescribed to American citizens?
Orthodox “AIDS” scientists and physicians now admit that the early doses
of AZT
were “too strong” and that current lower doses are an improvement. How
can even
a little deadly chemotherapy be beneficial to anyone? And, protease
inhibitors are
also chemotherapy drugs which cause chronic illness leading ultimately
to death.
And, remember that the chemotherapy drug treatments are still
immediately
prescribed to those considered to be in the “high risk” groups--namely,
homosexual
men and IV drug abusers. In many instances, these individuals were
asymtomatic
and healthy when they began their chemotherapy treatment at the advice,
and even
prodding, of their health care providers--or was it only “friendly
persuasion?”
Subsequently, many poor, Black drug abusing females and their infants
were
prescribed AZT. Charitable people responded with sympathy and cash.
Prisoners [mostly Black men] testing “HIV positive” are administered AZT
without
the benefit of informed consent based upon the information provided
herein.
And, there is a new “Underground Railroad” right here and now in America
which
assists parents fleeing from governmental departments of health who have
the
power to usurp parental custody and to remove minors from the homes of
those
parents who do not adhere to the mandatory drug treatment of HIV
positive tested
children. When successfully removed, asymptomatic children are then
administered AZT and other lethal chemotherapies under the auspices of
the State.
Is a little chemotherapy good for you, especially if there’s
no proof that hiv is actually the cause of “AIDS”?
Read the “side effects” [“adverse reactions”] of AZT and all the new
“AIDS” drugs
known as protease inhibitors which have been promoted ever since. Their
“cure” is
worse than the “disease.” And, consider that the so-called HIV positive
“long term
survivors” are those individuals who did not take the recommended
medications.
Those who did are mostly dead.
“AIDS” RIBBONS became a fashion accessory; celebrity participation
flourished.
The behavior of the United States government, the pharmaceutical
industry, and the
American Medical Association recalls both the Tuskeegee Experiment [the
withholding of medical treatment to Black Americans living in and around
Tuskeegee, Alabama with syphilis in 1932 by the Centers for Disease
Control to
“study the effects of advanced syphilis” which continued for forty years
before it was
uncovered and stopped by an outraged citizenry in 1972]; and the Third
Reich whose
medical experimentations and genocidal behavior towards defenseless
people led to
the Holocaust. The “AIDS” drugs must be stopped immediately.
But, doesn’t “unsafe sex” spread “AIDS”?
If HIV has never been proved to be the cause of “AIDS” then it’s safe to
assume that
there’s something else going on here. Of course, there are other
documented STDs
and unwanted pregnancies, so “safe sex” is still a good idea. But, to
scare people
into thinking that they could die from having “unsafe sex” simply does
not conform
to what we know and can only be considered a malicious lie.
The same can be said about “dirty needles.” Drug abuse is clearly
damaging to
optimum health, so encouraging intravenous drug abuse by providing
“clean
needles” is a cruel hoax which encourages physical deterioration while
perpetuating
the contagious “HIV=AIDS” paradigm. Medical intervention is logically
and easily
commenced especially since drug usage may cause an increase in
antibodies which
cause an HIV positive test result.
Realizing that since there is no evidence that “HIV is the virus that
causes ‘AIDS’,”
the contagious viral theory upon which the propaganda of the past
sixteen years
hinges IS NOW REMOVED and provides the freedom to question the
activities of
the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, the pharmaceutical
industry,
the American Medical Association, and others who have perpetuated these
inaccuracies while conveniently ignoring and censoring the debate which
must
commence immediately.
What about mandatory partner notification?
In light of the above, and until we scientifically and medically
determine the real
cause of “AIDS,” any attempt to invade our personal sexual lives should
be met with
resistance. Why be tested for HIV until the truth about “AIDS” is
absolutely
determined? DON’T BEST TESTED FOR HIV !
Mandatory Partner Notification is laying the groundwork for an American
medical
police state in which the names of people who test positive by the
fraudulent HIV
test will increasingly have their privacy invaded. They will be asked
to give the
government the names of all of their sexual partners, who will
themselves then be
investigated. REFUSE THE HIV TEST. DON’T BE TESTED FOR HIV !!!
As time goes by, many in the African-American community will be caught
up in the
growing HIV witch hunt. The penalties for not cooperating with this
program
already include lengthy incarceration in some states.
Many people will be accused of transmitting HIV to others. It’s already
happened
in New York State in the matter of NuShawn Williams who was jailed for
“spreading HIV.” While one may deplore his personal behavior, his
arrest and
conviction for “spreading HIV” is unfounded in science. One can only
imagine the
extent to which this fraud will be used against all American citizens.
Mandatory Partner Notification seriously threatens the bedrock of our
democracy--The Constitution of the United States which protects citizens
against
governmental tyranny. The PREAMBLE seeks to promote the general
welfare;
while Article I [contained in the Amendments to the Constitution of the
United
States, known as “The Bill of Rights”] protects “the freedom of speech”
and “the
right of people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government
for a redress
of grievances;” and Article VIII protects against “cruel and unusual
punishment.”
These are some of the violations of the Constitution as promulgated by
the orthodox
“AIDS” community against the people of the United States and the world.
It also violates the United Nations UNIVERSAL DECLARATION of HUMAN
RIGHTS Article 5 which states:
“No one shall be subjected to torture, or to cruel, inhuman or degrading
treatment
or punishment.”
Certainly the prescription of deadly drugs based upon a scientific fraud
to an
unwary citizenry qualifies as “cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.”
What are the responsibilities and obligations of citizens?
There is only one word for the deliberate actions of our elected and/or
trusted
servants as described herein: Genocide. Those laymen who participate
unwittingly
are either well-meaning and/or uninformed; and those scientific/medical
professionals who participate are either oblivious to the facts and/or
simply ignorant
of the vast dissident resources and evidence which destroy the
“HIV=AIDS” myth.
Also, in May, 2000 President Bill Clinton declared “AIDS” to be critical
to the
national security of the United States, the first time a “disease” was
ever declared
to be such a threat. He placed authority for the “War Against ‘AIDS’”
with the
National Security Advisor which is responsible to no one and reports
directly to the
President. Clinton’s action effectively prepares for a State of
Emergency in the
likely event that the dissident movement successfully challenges the
status quo.
This must be exposed as the slick and dangerous maneuver that it is and
be brought
to an immediate halt.
And, Article XIV, Section 1 of the Bill of Rights provides that no
“State deprive any
person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. . .”,
again a clear
violation of our self-proclaimed freedoms.
It is our responsibility as World Citizens first and U. S. citizens
secondly to do
everything in our power to open the HIV=AIDS debate and bring this
scourge upon
our species to an immediate halt.
How can I learn more about dissident “AIDS” activism?
South African President Thabo Mbeki is now by default the leading
dissident
“AIDS” activist. He courageously took a position in favor of open
discussion and
objectivity in the matter of “AIDS,” and he is paying the price as the
billion dollar
“AIDS” lobby begins to discredit, ridicule, and taunt him in his search
for the truth.
Perhaps the last best hope for America and the world lies in the
America’s Black
leadership. It is because of the many atrocities inflicted upon
African peoples that
this unique group may recognize the looming threat when other ethnic
groups may
be too busy, too ignorant, or too implicated to the real and potential
dangers
represented by the current scenario. It’s time to SUPPORT THABO MBEKI
!!!
The American “AIDS” dissident community is thousands strong, represented
by
two Nobel Laureates, hundreds of university professors, esteemed
scientists, and
other responsible individuals whose voices for debate are often drowned
out by the
billion dollar propaganda campaign against them. But, the voices of
millions of
citizens in protest cannot and will not be denied.
The orthodox “AIDS” community will not hold back The Tide of Truth.
